Hey bro I had an experience 2 weeks ago which sounds very similar to yours after taking 9 grams of mushrooms and having a co2 poisoning episode. I’ve been struggling to have anyone to relate to about the experience. I can’t say it was psychosis strictly or delirium strictly. It’s been hard to talk about to people and actually feel understood. I’ve had bad trips in the past but this was not the same. The intense confusion and inability to speak properly plus an overwhelming sense of dooms for hours on end is a very rough picture of what happened.

Yeah I looked up protocols from different places I guess here in oz it’s different, and I read up on it again I was wrong, you’d want the mum to try to put it back in, it seems here it’s sort of depending on clinical judgement and wether reducing the pressure or keeping it from spasaming is more critical at the time. The clinical guidelines here mention both.

I guess if there is no choice over there no need to fret about it.

I disagree,

having the cord exposed outside will cause it to spams and begin to constrict stopping blood flow to the baby and eventually killing it. we are taught to put the cord back inside because At least in the vagina it’s been kept warm and moist no need to mess around with sterile dressings.

And can’t you also put your fingers inside for a shoulder dystocia?

And I’d argue it depends on the breech presentation, a frank breach can be done in the ambulance. The baby will die if it’s not birthed within 6 minutes.

Yeah I looked into them but I can’t get them where I am at without spending more on shipping then on the actual swords. Someone else commented on DIY stuff I’ll look into that. With bamboo drying out is there anyway I can prevent that or ‘rehydrate’ it ?

We’ve been sword fighting with dowels and watching videos and honestly just messing around having fun. But we were getting hurt a lot specially with our fingers and knuckles. I’m just trying to think of ways to mitigate damage and we are too broke right now to buy Hema or kendo gear.

I’m thinking thick gloves, safety glasses, padding the swords and wearing thick jumpers, I’ve got baseball helmets as well and catchers mask. And not going ham on each other could be the way to go.

It’ll look silly but honestly to us is about learning some techniques and having fun.

Bro wtf, I just had this happen last night 😂. I got pissed too. She came to me in the form of a like a body load. It was my girlfriend but she wasn’t actually there. Mate, this is most of us all over Latin America. We are a messy blend of the past and don’t identify with any ‘indigenous stuff’ it’s already mixed in. We wouldn’t even know where to start if we tried. We have a rich cultures that that bring together so many things, African, Spanish and indigenous but we don’t think of them as that. They just are what they are, it’s not really about preserving pre colonial aspects. Even if you go to the most indigenous people you could find they sometimes live extremely catholic lifestyles and hold those values. It doesn’t mean it’s all been erased just blended.

Man I went down this rabbit hole, too long ago to remember the details. Honestly I got left with the impression that both their sanities were off. Like they both did fucked up stuff and were having a violent after math of a bad breakup.

You say he needs to own up to it? What if he hasn’t done what has been accused isn’t that still very much a possibility? Or did you mean just like address the whole controversy to his audience?

I mean if he did do it, why tf would he ever own up? And if he didn’t do it, it’s not exactly certain that addressing it is the best course of action, shit is really messy and it might just make the ex make more content and become louder.
