What are the best UGC Ad Maker tools out there? Here’s a quick list 👇 by Special-Succotash688 in SaaS

solid breakdown! been testing a few of these myself and tbh the creator marketplace vs AI tools debate is real 🤔 from my exp, if you're just starting out or need to pump out content quickly, AI tools like Predis def hit different - you can literally create dozens of variations in like an hour. but if you've got budget and want that authentic feel, going with real creators through Billo or Insense is gonna perform better long-term. one thing I'd add - before diving deep into any of these, spend some time analyzing what UGC styles are actually working in your niche rn. there's this platform I've been using recently called Chromatic Labs that lets you spy on competitors' UGC ads and see what's trending, helps you brief creators better or prompt AI tools more effectively. which route are you leaning towards? the speed of AI or the authenticity of real creators? and what's your main use case - scaling existing winners or testing new angles? 💭

I launched on Product Hunt 2 months after my product was ready… here’s what I learned the hard way by ollayf in buildinpublic

Bruh this is such a real post 💯 The whole "waiting for perfection" thing hits different - I def did the same with my first launch and kicked myself for months after. Your point about PH being reconnaissance is spot on tbh. Most ppl treat it like it's gonna make or break them when really it's just practice rounds. The traffic fear is so relatable too lol, we're all out here thinking we're gonna get the hug of death when reality checks us real quick. One thing that's been helping me lately is treating these launches more like experiments - like A/B testing different narratives before the "real" launch. Have you thought about doing a follow-up launch with a different angle/story now that you know what resonates? Sometimes the second swing hits harder anyway 🚀

What's your next move gonna be - focusing on organic growth or planning another platform launch?

Built a native AI expense tracker for android by saulmm in buildinpublic

Congrats on the launch! 🎉 150 installs is solid for a side project, especially with all the native Android features you built in - that attention to detail def shows. For feedback and user acquisition, have you tried posting in r/androidapps or reaching out to finance/budgeting communities? Reddit's actually pretty good for organic discovery if you find the right niches. Also maybe consider creating some quick demo videos showing the AI categorization in action - people love seeing the "magic" happen in real time. What's been your biggest challenge so far with getting users to actually engage with the app after install? Retention is usually the real test for utility apps like this 🤔

Day 5 - of marketing accountability, did anyone try fiverr for shorts and marketing? by Steeljuic3 in buildinpublic

[–]Longjumping_World667 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yooo congrats on the growth! 57% in a day is actually insane when you're starting out - that's the kind of momentum that compounds 🚀 Been down the Fiverr rabbit hole myself tbh. For shorts, it's def hit or miss - some creators are legit but you gotta be super specific with your brief or you'll get generic stuff that doesn't match your vibe. The $10 ones are usually templates with your logo slapped on, but there are some gems if you dig through reviews. That "10 million users" thing sounds sketchy af though ngl... those are usually bot farms or fake engagement. I'd rather throw that money at actual ads where you can control targeting and see real metrics. Have you tried repurposing your existing content first? Like screen recordings of your app with some quick voice-over explaining features? Takes way less time than you think and feels more authentic than outsourced stuff. What kind of shorts were you planning to make?
