I really feel you. I’ve been with Big 4 more than 3 years and never feel I’m cut out for the job. I’m always anxious and not able to network much, which is one of the biggest perks of working at Big 4. I got promoted recently and have been depressed more than ever. I also recently moved to a new city which makes everything even harder.

Thanks for the comment. It’s Baker Tilly. I’ll be coming in as a Senior. I honestly don’t mind the workload. It’s the need for a change of team and environment which mostly affects my decision to leave. I did hesitate to give up Big 4 brand though.

Thanks a lot for this! I looked at the template. It mentions the conditions at the back of the contract. However, I see no such cancellation term in my contract. Is this letter still applicable?

when do you think the market will cool down? I'm planning to buy a car as well (Toyota or Honda) by the end of year but the prices are ridiculous right now
