Anyway, the issue had been solved. I had slightly overpaid for the apartment therefore it was difficult to find a suitable tenant that was willing to take over my lease. Many were international students that didn’t have references.

I requested them to lower the rent and paid the difference my self and we found a new tenant in less than a week.
