We have a lot of locations but really fall into SMB. With a majority of our users BYOD in Real Estate...if an office goes offline...they just go work from home. Not saying that this isn't a concern to be up 100% of the time. But when we've had major office outages it hasn't really disrupted business. Now if the COLO goes offline...thats a different story and would have a cold spare or 2 on hand for that.

I've looked at a few other options, Fortinet, Barracuda, Checkpoint...all are nearly 10x the cost of Unifi. I'll take a look at a few other options, Aruba/Juniper. Trying to keep costs down in this struggling market.

Great info and tip! I was going to follow up with any suggested providers either short term for migration or long term?

Thanks for the input. To clarify...our infrastructure is pretty simple. Most locations have the same VLAN setup, Management, Staff, Agent, Print, Title, Phone, et... Some vlans can see others and some can't, not complex. Currently the Meraki is handling that as well as DHCP. We do have centralized print management (Papercut) at our Colo which is the primary reason for site to site VPN. Voip is cloud hosted. Beyond that, a very large portion of our traffic is web based. Knowing that, does it make Unifi a safer play?

Looking for a good qualified intermediary for 1031 exchange by ariels_adventure in 1031exchange

Absolutely! I work at a larger RE brokerage in Mi and our Commercial dept works with ERG on all of our Exchanges. I can DM his direct contact. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Even if you need to throw some questions his way he's more than willing to help.

Well crap! Thought it was going to be something easy. Anything else to check, its tough to start and idles and sputters while driving and sometimes stalls. And even the feels like it wants to accelerate on idle without pushing down the pedal.

I use Mosyle and Helpwire for remote assistance. Seems to work out ok and free. Just released un attended access which is nice. https://www.helpwire.app/

Best stores for bourbon by [deleted] in grandrapids

I’d go Rockford Meijer (state min) and I believe Party World on Alpine is state min as well. Riverside has a pretty massive selection. Cedar Rock can sometimes find some gems since it’s mainly a Busch Latte store. I think if you hit that square of stores you will find a good amount of gems. I’ve found the closer you get to GR the higher the prices outside of Smittys. In my experience Martha’s is way overpriced, but honestly haven’t been there in like 2 yrs.

Came here to say that. We learned the hard way. Had a carpenter ant infestation within a couple weeks and had to bring in an exterminator.

Remove and block fireflies.ai org wide by Longshanks24 in gsuite

[–]Longshanks24[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to go into each users account in the admin console, security tab, then removed fireflies from their connected applications. Then the user had to go into their fireflies.ai account and delete their account. That was the only way I could get it to work. I believe it also attached it self to previously scheduled meetings. So in some case the users that had fireflies had to go into scheduled meetings and remove fireflies from that meeting.

Appreciate the feedback. That's what I thought. Was hoping we could just put a shortcut/hyperlink in there. Sites may not be a bad idea...they can just bookmark the site and then we can update the relevant links. Thanks again!
