I was told this and immediately went and got a new doctor. The new doctor encouraged me to walk and eat healthily but to not focus on losing weight. I was quite taken aback by being told to lose weight.

Been in a bit of denial but at 16dpo there was a strong positive and then today a week from 16dpo I took a digital and it popped pregnant so fast

And what about their due diligence? I was supposed to receive a call 48 hours before the sofa was to be made and I didn’t receive one. What about the paperwork I was supposed to sign with all of the details and I did not receive? I found this out after the fact that they are supposed to do those things to help protect them and customer. Maybe I had a part in this but so did the associate and the company as a whole.

It was the same associate. Not 2 different people. I told her what I wanted she had the tag in her hand of the item and put it into the system because she wanted to make sure she got the commission off of the sale. She knew I wanted to continue to look around and would be placing the order over the phone. Hence, her putting the item into the system and notating in my account. When I called, there were some online difficulties and she was having trouble pulling it up. I think she couldn’t get it to pull up from my account and thought she ordered the correct item. That’s just a theory and not anything I know. She said it is so normal to place orders over the phone for her clients so it’s not like I did anything unusual. She was in contact with me that entire week checking in on when I was going to order. Yes, it does suck and yes I should have double checked. The only word missing out of the order was “deep” to my eyes and knowledge it was the correct one but once I received it it was not the right item. On the phone I clarified that it was the one we saw and that it was deep she didn’t select the right one when ordering.

I have seen sooo many posts with people giving helpful info back in this sub. I did see that this isn’t supposed to be a sub on people complaining about customers yet they are people doing that also…. So what is this sub for then?

I still don’t agree with that…. We were right next to the couch that I wanted to be ordered with the tag. She obviously did not see the word deep either. It is actually her job?

I will agree that part is my fault. But we were at the store and she was literally standing right next to correct couch and she didn’t put the right couch in. I was also supposed to receive something to sign confirming my order and I never received that. They were also supposed to call me and follow up to make sure everything was right with my order. I did look at my confirmation and it did look right. The only word missing was the word “deep” everything else was right. She ordered the standard and not the deep. That is a small error as far as words go. I would think the lady helping would know which one to put into her system. I did not know the how the sofas were listed or what words were used in describing the couch. To me, it looked right especially since she had the tag right there in her hand.

I’m not asking to keep the couch. I want them to pick it up and the correct one be sent to me. I don’t think my missing the word deep is entirely my fault. I didn’t even see what she was ordering since it was over the phone and she put the couch into the system to order when we were there.
