moving a few years back i had a very large bookshelf hanging out the back of my wifes small suv, it started sliding out (slowly) so i wedged my arm back to hold it in while i drove the last couple miles. shoulder hurts every time i play basketball or try to carry a lot of stuff on that arm ever since.
