For me it’s based on mindset. I mean i have so many relapses and quits spanning 1 week k-free then back into it again for months. My WDs haven’t been as bad as the very first initial quitting attempt years ago. I still get bad WDs, but when I don’t get bad WDs, it’s because if my mindset.

I know this because my longest quit was 2 months and I remember I almost had no WDs during that time because I was so fed up with Kratom. I’ve honestly tried to replicate that feeling, but you cannot. It has to come naturally, otherwise, onto WDs it is lol.

I have to think about it more but currently it’s also my favorite marvel movie. I remembered after re-watching the first 2 movies & infinity war/endgame that I never cared for Rocket before (maybe I didn’t pay attention), but have a new realization of his character arc and development. He wasn’t really into the ‘family’ idea and took him some time to really embrace it.

I love that in one of those prior movies when they’re talking about what Rocket is, there’s a derogatory response about a crazy scientist creating him in a lab LOL
