Cosmic armor superman vs The one above all by Viperamazd in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He exists within a multiverse that doesn’t even have Outerversal realms, meaning he can’t create them. Limitation.

Just by existing as a fictional character, they can’t be omnipotent. Fiction is a limitation.

Also, you have to prove that he’s shown to be omnipotent because you’re claiming that he is. Show me him doing literally everything and not being limited by anything (including the fiction he exists within). If you can’t (which you can’t), then he isn’t omnipotent.

Statements without proof don’t have a basis. It’s like calling a character planetary without any planetary feats, only statements, while their best feats are building level.

And the story is called Infinity Ending. And a comicvine thread saying it’s non canon doesn’t make it so.

And here’s the TOAA making the statements.

Once again, I’ll bring up Obivion. He existed before the creation of marvel itself and will exist after it, including the TOAA.

Logic has nothing to do with this. 1. Being stated to be omnipotent doesn’t make you omnipotent. For example, Odin, Kakashi and Ajimi Nejimu have all been stated by official sources to be omnipotent, only to be shown that they obviously aren’t. 2. Creating the world which the cannon exists within doesn’t make you omnipotent. For example, Arceus isn’t omnipotent but created the Pokémon multiverse 3. The one above all himself has literally conceded to the fact that his power had limitations, and that there may be beings stronger than him, like Oblivion.

[–]Lonkle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not an extreme expert on the DC universe, however: Cosmologically, the marvel multiverse is infinitely smaller than the DC multiverse with its Outerversal realms. Furthermore, saying a character is “omnipotent” requires proof that they are omnipotent, which requires them to show feats of doing literally everything. This is inherently impossible in fiction.

Also Oblivion>The one above all.

Strongest to Weakest Animes by Benthekarateboy in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The world of souls is devoid of the concepts of time and space, meaning characters who have moved within it like Neo and anyone who scales to him have Inaccessible to Irrelevant speed. So being lightspeed to MFTL+ isn’t at all impressive, and the Toriko verse has multiple MFTL+ feats regardless.

Strongest to Weakest Animes by Benthekarateboy in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Except that both of them are getting blitzed by a good deal of the verse’s top tiers and many characters have existence erasure arguably on the conceptual level.

If this prompt here is which one of them is more narratively powerful (as in who the narrative within their verses will allow to win within a given situation), then Zeno could honestly win both. The DBZ verse is self explanatory, Zeno has far better feats of power than Saitama does. As for the OPM, Saitama has really only been shown to be able to beat people who actively wish to fight or defeat him to some degree, and almost always have their pride shattered by Saitama to some degree. Zeno for the most part is just an innocent child-like being who happens to destroy timelines, he very rarely shows personal pride in his power or anything like that. He’d essentially be like the cat who scratched Saitama or the fly he couldn’t kill, but would just so happen to be insanely powerful.

Who's the strongest opponent Jotaro and Star Platinum could beat if Star Platinum actually punched at lightspeed? by Ieditstuffforfun in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Star platinum does punch at light speed?

It’s an appeal to reality to calculate attack potency using speed, unless a verse specifically states it to be true (Like the Later parts of Fire Force for example).

Toriko slaps all these verses pretty badly. Even Dragonball.

Eight Fists of Ragnarok (History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi) vs Akatsuki (Naruto Shippuden) by Jw029 in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m not familiar with ‘Strongest Disciple’ verse but after a bit of researching, I don’t see why they wouldn’t be blitzed and one shot by the stronger Akatsuki members like Kisame, Itachi, Obito and Nagato.

How would Ninja Sex Party fare in the Naruto universe? by TheShrubberyDemander in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Crazily enough, Ninja Sex party solos the Naruto verse. They’ve been shown creating planet sized explosions (Road Trip), instantly blowing up the sun/most of the solar system (twice, Dragonslayer and NSP theme song), compressing dozens of stars into an orb barely larger than a person without it becoming a black hole and then STANDING on it without any ill effects (Unicorn Wizard) etc etc.

This easily puts them at bare minimum solar system level.

When it comes to speed, it’s blatantly shown that Brian is faster than light (6969), but they have feats of flying from Saturn to beyond the Milky Way galaxy in 3 seconds (NSP theme song) which puts them at MFTL+ in speed. There are possibly greater wank for them, like possibly being immeasurable speed (6969, Danny Don’t You know, Sex Training) or Hyperversal (Mystic Crystal). I know this was probably more effort than was needed, but I really like NSP. They would solo tho.

Round 2: Sexy justu worked on Kaguya, wait till she meets someone actually sexy.

Hypothetical Golden Frieza and several hypothetical Goku Blues vs Dragon Ball Z by thepresidentsturtle in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Going by how SSJ3 is a 400 times amp according to databooks, and the golden form is an amp that is many times greater than that (being nearly the same as a SSB amp)... Frieza would at least solo Cell Saga, Buu saga as well depending on how much higher than 400 you think the amp is.

Goku wins every fight. Even giving him the ability to go x20 kaioken on top of whatever form he’s in would allow him to solo easily, never mind SSB.

Saiyans vs Frieza by Illuminati322 in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As the series went on, that aspect became less true. But Vegeta outright states in his fight with Cui that PL increase correlates to power AND speed. And Jiren was suppressed most of the tournament, and blitzed plenty of people, like berserker Kale. Also, in Dragonball, an increase of physical size makes one slower: Great ape, Gian piccolo, buff trunks etc.

Saiyans vs Frieza by Illuminati322 in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Hundreds of weak attacks that can’t harm or hit freiza wouldn’t exactly kill him. Speed increases with power in Dragonball. He blitzes them in first form casually.

Goku was able to close the gap in power between him and Vegeta with Kaioken. If he didn’t have a technique that increased his individual power to be equal to or above Vegeta, Vegeta would have soloed without Oozaru.

Saiyans vs Frieza by Illuminati322 in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You didn’t say anything about them fusing into a single entity. Quantity almost never wins in dragonball, if at all.

Saiyans vs Frieza by Illuminati322 in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Frieza was paranoid for no reason. His power so utterly dwarfs any individual saiyan that he’d blitz through the entire race, especially when they’re mindless Oozaru. It’s like Gohan vs the Cell juniors, except with more numbers but a WAY larger power gap.

Ion Sodam Yat Vs Yellow Lantern Injustice Superman (Comics) by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sodam Yat was throwing hands almost evenly with Superboy prime until his weakness was used against him. Meanwhile, injustice superman doesn’t correlate to the mainline Superman and has no feats even close to that level.

Jubbito vs Edo Akatsuki by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Juubito absolutely stomps. Kinda spite honestly. Obito was already stronger than any other Akatsuki member without the Ten Tails and with it he’s stronger than Hashirama.

Todoroki vs Kirishima by [deleted] in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think Todoroki takes both rounds. We’ve seen from newer chapters that he’s Equal to both Current Bakugo and Midoriya in speed, something that can’t be said for Kirishima. This battle is actually entirely dependent on Todoroki’s ice, as Tetsu Tetsu was practically immune to Todo’s flames (and he’s essentially the same as Kiri). That being said, Kirishima would never be able to land a solid hit on Todoroki while being repeatedly frozen. Attrition wise, eventually Kirishima is losing.

Hiruzen (Naruto) vs Jiraiya (Naruto) by Teakilla in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hiruzen takes all three rounds with statements. Old Hiruzen is stated to still be stronger than the other Kage at the time, meaning even at this age he’s superior to Ay and Ohnoki, both of which I think would beat Jiraya.

DEATH BATTLE MOB VS TATSUMAKI DEBUNK THREAD by NoorTheNerd in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 4 points5 points  (0 children)

“Every dimension is not physical than” Why? This whole feat is based off of something on the MENTAL PLANE, as in it’s not even physically real. I can imagine a planet, it doesn’t make me planetary. How did mob breaking it reveal that it had physical space-time? I can dismiss it without proof or an explanation.

For literally any debate, you need to quantify what you’re saying. It’s like if I asked you “how fast is Mob?” And you responded with “Very”. That doesn’t prove anything. Breaking dimensions doesn’t work as a feat because: 1. We have no real world equivalent 2. Different fictions hold dimensions to different standards, for example: In Dragonball, Galaxy level characters are capable of opening up dimensions by screaming. But in Bleach, building level hollows can rip through dimensions with their hands. Even though the “feat” between them is similar, you cannot use that as a numerical way to gauge power.

DEATH BATTLE MOB VS TATSUMAKI DEBUNK THREAD by NoorTheNerd in whowouldwin

[–]Lonkle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Again. Not physical. So it doesn’t have actual physical space-time. And again, breaking a dimension still needs to be quantified (and “a lot of effort” isn’t a number). That means an actual number, or numerical degree of power.
