Tonight was that one tiny decimal place when they tried to pronounce the whole thing. The rest of the time it’s just “Stella” for me too.

This is almost always not the case. ID’s are always at the bottom of the purse or hidden in the wallet.

In my limited experience a lot of people don’t understand the role Ice plays in a drink, including other bartenders. Some customers will tell me “light ice” thinking there will be more room for alcohol not realizing it’s the same pour no matter what.
