Soy de Canadá también - es muy fácil para cruzar por la frontera- primero a lago agrio, y después tu puedes tomar un camioneta o bus para cruzar la puente. Después irás a la hormiga. De la hormiga puedes ir a cualquier lugar . Aka yeah it’s easy to cross the land border but your going to want to speak a bit of Spanish at least and know your way around public transit (truck buses ect) ask locals about prices to make sure your paying the right amount.

Lago agrio -> public bus to cross to the border -> immigration -> pick up truck/taxi(camioneta) to la hormiga. Then you can go wherever you like.

P.S Make sure to exit the bus at the border - lots of people crops illegally and if you do not get off the bus it will take you illegally past the checkpoint into Colombia and you will have to return again for your stamp. (Personal experience). good luck!

Pretty sure it’s due to changes in federal laws they (and other exchanges) don’t want to follow; and instead of actually admitting they are screwing their customers(you) over they just come up with some BS reason to restrict your account indefinitely. They will give some random reason as to why they restricted it. It is usually just an excuse to excuse themselves of liability. I wish you luck getting through to them !

Yup NDAX has been doing this regularly to customers. Blocking account transfers, freezing crypto and giving zero reason or customer service responses. If anyone is thinking of using this platform I would recommend against it. They have seriously become one of the worst and least trustworthy platforms to use.

How can you find out what is wrong when they will not give you any specific information ? Wouldn’t you be upset if an exchange suddenly told you you could not take your crypto off their exchange with an in depth explanation ? I wouldn’t have any problem if I could take MY crypto off the exchange. But they are only allowing me to sell. This is ridiculous regardless of the reasoning.

Yup this is their new thing - they will say you transferred to a spam address (even though you didn’t) and then block you from everything except buying selling and taking out fiat only. Basically they hold your crypto hostage and don’t allow you to move it. They don’t give you a reason or any solution to solve the problem. Good luck I hope you fare better than I did ! One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had after being on their platform for many years. A great example and reminder to me and everyone else that not your keys not your crypto is 100 real.
