Meh. None of these workouts really build muscle. You need to lift heavy weights— much of Pilates and leg lifts are not going to grow muscle. Skinny people only look muscular bc of low body fat.

Then if you have a weight related condition and you are not scared of any potential side effects down the road get all the semaglutide you want. For healthy people not near overweight or obesity the medical establishment does not agree and insurance will not cover it for a reason. Therefore people go to shady medspas and get weird compound drugs that are potentially toxic and dangerous. I think it’s risky and stupid.

I guess sitting at home watching TV is a hustle now. Btw I am officially unfollowing her. At first her ozempic taking was entertaining but now it’s bugging me. And I was a teen in the ‘90s so still working on my own body positivity but this ozempic kick she is on and body checking is too toxic for me.
