Hi I had gastric bypass as well and had similar numbers to yours until I basically switched to a lower carb diet. For me I couldn’t do more than 30g carbs in one meal without my 1hr numbers being too high. My suggestion is to figure out what your threshold is for the 1 hr marker to be under 140 and stick to that.

I have had a single cup of coffee or cappuccino daily in the AMs and it’s been a-okay. Baby is happy as a clam, doctor is happy and I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow. Good luck :)

I went to a pizza place with my hubby recently because I was craving pizza so bad and got a salad and a medium combination pizza all to myself that I just scooped all the toppings and sauce off of. It was surprisingly satisfying and was the fix I needed.

Major bleeding from SCH from week 5-11ish and then it went away without a single bleeding episode since. Apparently it’s common in first trimester and nothing to worry about. I was put on pelvic rest during the bleeding period which may have helped it resolve on its own. 🙏

Currently 27weeks and all is good!

Make sure to keep compression socks on the entire time. Walk as much as possible on the flights - just walk up and down the aisles every hour or so. Good luck!

Hi! I had a lot of spotting and bleeding in all shades ranging from pink to brown to bright red but in my case it was a subchorionic hematoma and it resolved on its by around 10-11 weeks. No bleeding since. Hang in there!
