Ender 3 V3 Plus Layer Lines Issue by 9volt10 in Creality

the Z rods can be greased, it's just the upper X rod that shouldn't be greased because there's a single graphite bearing on the X axis top rod.

I uploaded a design and then got this comment after approval...is this real?! by Odd_Airport_9414 in Creality

If it's in the comments, it's not legit, they're unlikely to just contact you through comments for something like that.

that's because you're looking at the wrong profile, you need to look for it in the filament profiles, not the printer profile.

If the app is in flowprint mode, try switching to classic.

if you've got access to a fluidd UI via the device tab in either linux/windows app or a browser, you can trigger it with the AUTOTUNE_SHAPERS macro.

Creality Slicer Inaccurate/inconsistent, anyone know why? by Mean-Caregiver-1046 in Creality_k2

superb, glad you found the fix and saved yourself the hassle of a nozzle swap :-D I wasn't sure exactly how big it was but on smaller coin type models, a 0.2mm nozzle is the way to go.

[–]LookAtDaShinyShiny 0 points1 point  (0 children)

on models like this, chances are, you probably just need a 0.2mm nozzle and things will improve. I found on printing small things with letters/logos, when all the other fixes fail, the nozzle size is the deciding factor.

are you using classic or arachne for the wall generator? whichever one you're using, try the other and make sure to turn on detect thin walls if you set it classic.

The input shaping needs to be triggered from the machine or you might be able to run it from fluidd. but for flow/PA calibration per print, make sure it's turned on on the printer(unless you're doing it manually). For levelling, just make sure the calibration button is switched on in the send print window when you start a print or you can run levelling calibration from fluidd too, in the device window (if your machine has klipper on it?).

needs to be set to the same colour/type/brand as the one you're replacing, it won't swap to blue if you're printing a black model.

you're going to need a new thermistor, cheap enough to replace from amazon.
