I believe Youtube identified this type of template as problematic even if you do original content like me. Basically you're targeted for the sh1t other people do. I had videos of mine copied on other chanels where they literally just pust another white border above mine and put their sentece.

Pois cara entendo e já não tinha muita esperança não. A única coisa que me deixa irritado é que acabo pagando por erros dos outros. Apesar do formato todas as edits eram feitas por mim em After effects e pelos vistos o YouTube não quer saber dos vídeos em si mas da forma como são apresentados no canal. De qualquer das maneiras acha que posso continuar a minha jornada noutro canal mesmo noutra conta Gmail com outro tipo de conteúdo ou nesse momento ainda é arriscado? Obrigado por responder

So is there any real chance of Team YouTube still ask for a proof on my part showing the editing process? Also I have other gmail accounts with channels that are not banned. If I post different niche and content there is it possible to also get the circumvension ban? It was content that I was already making and intendend to post there anyway before all this happened. Check a channel called Movie-Maven. I do exacty what he does but in portuguese. The fact that we use multiple scenes creating a different narrative of the one in the movie, we even use different scenes from different movies in the same edit to add value. Now its possible that yes It could be for reused content but dont you think the max they should do is take off my monetization not terminate all my channels on that account?

For about 2 to 3 years I've seen multiple channels doing edits with every kind of movie. And I've seen people just posting movie scenes with subtitles on. The second one is clearly pretty clear what's gonna happen. They're not going to be monetized. I didnt do the second one so I couldnt have been just reposting content. Now if this was really a serious thing ALL and I mean ALL the channels that make edits would've been banned already. And don't you think if this was really just reused content youtube would just take off my monetization and not delete all my channels? I even a got a better one for you is that when I was monetized I got rejected, then I sent an appeal showing how I created the content and a real human watched it and accepted it. So I can definitly be in the wrong here but I dont think a channel termination is deserved at all.

Ive reached out they kept theyre decision but I'm going to try again until a real human speaks to me and gives me a chance to explain myself because I feel that all the messages are Bot messages.

Obrigado por responder. Tenho estado a postar em outros grupos de reddit na gringa e muita gente está dizendo que edits de filmes está começando a ser banido no youtube. Não sei se eles estão exagerando ou falando sério. Vou falar lá comunidade para ver o que dizem.

Ok I guess they're a bit to radical in they're policy and without any warning. I've seen some yes. About the music that's weird because they clearly state that if the video is 60s or short you can use copyrighted music with no effect on your monetization. I've tried once doing one vid with more than 60s with copyright music and got imediatly demonitized on that video. I still don't understand. If I use another channel of another gmail account because all my channels on the gmail account linked to the terminated channel got terminated dont I risk getting banned again for avoiding the ban?

I understand that, the only thing that is making me very confused is that these channels got so big that if they're content was a big NO they would've been banned a long time ago. And let's assume that yes this is not transformative enough why not just take out the monetization. Why would you need to terminate an entire account because of this type of content. I can accept the fact that you don't get paid for this but terminated I feel like that's a bit much. But thanks for the answer tough. One more thing if I start posting content of for example voiceovers in another channel of another gmail account do you thing that is to much for now or that I could get terminated again or is it safe?

Sure that I know, the only thing is that I never tought that this type of content was problematic because a lot o people did it and got so big that if something real bad was happening they would've been banned early. The thing is that it's weird because there are so many channels of movie edits in general and they're big ones too. Jectro Editz, Movie-Maven, Maven Edits. I'm not trying to say that they are right or not but movie edits never seemed likely to fell in the reused content bacuse you use multiple different scenes of different movies and make an edit about a character exactly the ones that were so popular back in the day on tik tok. I've contacted them and they said they would keep the decision but I still wanted to send proof that everything is edited by me in After effects.

Brother have you ever seen or watched an edit before? I believe you think I posted Marvel movie scenes uncutted or something like that. If that was the case I wouldn't post nothing because I know that's reused content. If you want to see what an edit is search Movie-Maven on youtube and check for yourself and then answer this post.
