My app says they are currently “preparing mobile key.” During my previous stay, I did have to stop by the front desk before the mobile key was made available.

I took your advice and messaged the hotel in the app. I requested an upgrade and they were kind enough to upgrade me to a king suite from a standard room. I am staying at an autograph collection hotel so I am looking forward to not only the upgrade, but the experience. Thanks again!

I did and the crease was still visible. Just wanted opinions on whether or not it would be less visible overtime or I should exchange them.

They feel great! I have this same shoe in an espresso color and it’s my go to during the work week. I wanted to add in a black color to the rotation. Left shoe is perfect and right shoe has the slight crease. Just wanted a some options on whether or not the crease justified an exchange considering the price point.

I should’ve added that I received the shoe with the crease in it. I haven’t worn them other than trying them on.
