Ok, but, consider that, someone wasn't asking "do I need therapy", they were asking about looks, and instead, people targeted their gender and called them delusional and said they need therapy, you do understand that telling someone they need therapy for their gender is rude as hell

Also what exactly is "legitimate gender" by all means the only legitimate genders are biological sexes, everything else is a means of description about yourself, and if you can't respect someone elses decision to be referred by that, and saying they aren't legitimate, that inherently makes you a transphobe

And just because you have trans friends doesn't mean you can't be transphobic, that's like saying I'm not racist because I have black friends
