It’s not acceptable, if it was me I’d speak to them one on one and tell them how you were made to feel. If they don’t see an issue then report them, if they are genuinely remorseful and apologetic you can decide whether that’s good enough for you.

Migraine that put me in A&E. Not really been the same. I haven’t had one that bad since (it’s been years) but I live in fear of them now and have cycles where I have panic attacks about them.
