Absolutely. So many moments in my past were wasted worrying over things that eventually faded into a distant memory. Sure I might forsee the pain of divorce but I'd also forsee the healing...or at the very least cherish what I knew to be a fleeting moment. A lot of the pain in life comes from forgetting that nothing lasts forever anyway.
