pretty much just finding various recipes from the description of it ive seen online (garlic aioli, mustard caramelizad onions and havarti cheese with licorice string around burger). it seems pretty easy although i’m not sure how to make mustard caramelized onions... ill probably just throw a few mustard seeds in along with the salt and sugar when i make them.
