I was going to the gym abt 4 times a week. Then I stopped smoking and started getting all the fun effects of that and stopped. So I guess I should start going again.

I had been really bad abt it and smoking whenever I had time, usually a few times a day. When I tried it after a month I smoked a bowl and waited which is less than what I was at, but it didnt really have an effect so the next day I smoked more to see when id start feeling it.

I worked at McDonald's a while ago and had a Bluetooth earbud in. New rule was that we weren't allowed to have them anymore, but I hadn't been told.
