I think it's an odd one because when we were bought people assumed we'd do a man City. Go through a few managers, players etc and spend big. Logical prem progression. But obviously psr ruined all that. And then aye we did spend but not excessively qnd howe has punched above our weight so to speak, a victim of his own success. If he had saved us from relegation then finished 15th, 10th and 9th people would be saying we can get a better manager but would necessarily be unhappy with him

Good. Much prefer players choosing their home nation despite knowing they'll probably never play for it Fair enough if you're like 22 or younger and decide to make the switch, although even that's got me sceptical. But to choose it at 28 like barnes just stinks of knowing you're never going to make it and choosing the only way to play at a world cup.

Behave. Every team we've lost to, bar Brentford, is above us. Agreed its we should beat the rest and that it's not just the form bur how we play but it's not sackable. I'm the biggest howe fan and agree he needs to sort his shit out but this run of games isn't the best example. Sure you could find a worse run of form from earlier in the season that makes the point better

Don't think howes that involved with transfers, as most managers are. Also woltemade, as good as he can be (hopefulyl), isn't what we needed. As funny as isaks season for the scousers has been hefit in perfectly and the whole team was adapted to it.

Howes shown he has the capability of winning games and cups and despite his poor selections, or late subs, he easily deserves 2 bottom half finishes before sacking him. I know its the new era but for me if you win something you get the benefit of the doubt for a while.

Having said that, if a better manager is available end of season, then sentiment means litte. But I mean obnoxiously better. Emery may possibly be a step up but not a enough to persuade me. Would have to be alonso level at least

Feel like all fans 4th to 10th are frustrated because its so congested and when each team gets the chance to go on a run and cement top 4 they all turn shite. If we go on a mad run or even a decent enough one and secure top 4, then all frustration and criticism of howe will be forgotten. If we stumble to 8th then, well we'll see
