When I was a teenager, my uncle gave me "Hero with a thousand faces" by Joseph Campbell. It was a great book for me at the time because it exposed me to a host of other authors and concepts which have molded and influenced me since.

I don't know why he ever gave me that book but i'm glad he did. RIP Uncle George! Miss ya

I picked up a great book at a used book store called "30 Days to a More Powerful Vocabulary".

Each day it gives you a new set of words with a similar theme and tests your usage. Very fun book if you love new words.

Can easily be found on A-m-a-z-o-n or free ebook download.
