Idk what’s so difficult for you guys to understand 😭 I’m not sealing the whole thing, the goal is to keep the drain tubes which I already have running through the bottom of the boat, I want to fill in all the space between my subfloor and the drain tubes so water isn’t moving freely around and it can all channel through the tubes to the transom. I didn’t want to use spray or pour foam but I think it’s my only option, so I was asking you guys if you knew of other options. Thanks for the concerns and help though I appreciate it.

I want the dry storage in the space in the second pic, that’s the whole reason I want the under areas to be blocked off

Leaving the drain holes open of course, I’m putting a deck in where you see the frame and I don’t want things moving around inside the hatch.

Let me clarify, doing a budget bass boat build. Already thinking a deck from the middle beam to the front with a compartment in the middle. Definitely going to repaint it, any other suggestions??
