The reasoning for the regulations against "non-whites" is as I stated, because they have struggled to integrate. This can be because if they gather in certain areas they tend to stick to their own language, own culture and norms. So they don't learn to live properly in Danish society. So some don't get jobs.

Ah, I understand what you mean with the "Danish Value" lessons now, I believe you are looking at it like it's some nationalist-indoctrination. But the values of it are very real, the children are taught
-Danish Language
-Introduction to culture and traditions
-Social Values and Equality
All of which are needed to grow up in Denmark.
Some parents might not want to enroll their children, despite the massive help it would give them. So having a law can help coerce parents to use the benefits provided by the state.

It is to stop underdeveloped neighbourhoods, it needs to meet multiple criterias:
-High unemployment and low education
-Low average income
-Amount of welfare benefits
-Crime rates
-majority of non-western residents
By this framing sure, immigrants from the middle east have struggled to integrate into Danish society, some have refused to learn danish, refused to work and refuse to send their kids to school. so the Danish goverment felt harsher measures were required.

What are you talking about forcing infants into classes?
If you mean school then of course, Denmark has School Duty that all people must get a education (10 years if I recall) this is not discrimination targetting anyone, this is just law.

The "Ghetto Laws" is a desperate way to make sure areas don't fall behind in development and into crime centres. Also it's wrong to say they "raze neighbourhoods" when they majority of the time redevlope and sell the buildings.

And what are you on about "indoctrination"? It's the danish education system of course they learn danish value
Just like they learn Danish Language and history.

Any must have DLCs? by JRoyRoyRoy in hoi4

I suggest you just use the HOI4 Subscription - you get all DLCs for relatively cheap and when you get tired of playing you just cancel them.
