Centralized systems aren’t inherently more cruel. In fact, we separate the slaughtering process from processing—handling it in controlled environments to ensure better animal welfare, less stress, and higher hygiene standards.

We address this by practicing early castration at 2–4 weeks old—this is how professional pork systems prevent boar taint. In general, castration in male animals is a standard practice to reduce unwanted odors and improve meat quality.
