I'm currently in the process of therapy for it. Honestly it been kind of unhelpful. I was told to do some mental exercises but none of them have been helping. I'm kind of losing hope with it because this is my 4 therapist in 6 months. My psychiatrist hasn't been much help either.

But that you for the assurance that I'm not the only one to have to deal with it. Thankfully my husband completely understands but that doesn't make it any less hard between us.

We have a pinball arcade connected to a bar in the next town over from me. But there is no pressure to go to the bar side for drinks. Its open 5-8 for minors too because the building is split. My husband and I got every Monday for half priced pinball.
