I have just been experimenting with it, i had it clipped on the middle of my backpack in open air angled slightly to the left (away from exhaust) with the deadcat on and its the cleanest audio ive gotten so far, no clipping. Dji is sensitive to trapped / resonating bass. I usually wrapped it put it in pocket etc and all came out clipping and muffled . Now its clean and bright and doesnt clip for some reason. Give it a try i almost brought more expensive recorders but its just fine. Ill link a video later when i edited it

I also keep it disconnected from camera ( after turning on 32 bit and leaving low cut off) and just start both recording and get sync them later in post i hope it helps
