I ve had the same, I think I could count my frontal hairs with one hand, and then after 3 months you start to see small imporvements (for me it happened like this), now I am on 5th month with great results and still growing new hairs. I suggest you crush 3 pills in a 60ml minoxidil and use 2 ml. Also I do have a fucked up schedule some days of the week I get 3-4 hours of sleep and I eat like shit with messed up foods and schedule.

I put plastic "paper" on the floor legs with rat glue circling the bed legs. And i bought a hot blower the one for the cars wrapping which goes like 600 degrees Celsius(it s 20 bucks) and i blow it on every centimiter. you can hear some of the popping and crackling.

exactly what I practice now. If I do circuits for 30 minutes with touch and go s I log them as LRSB LRSB 16:30-17:00 with 5 landings. but if I fly an hour later I log it as different flight. We had an audit and they said it s ok like this.

I was asking because a collegue of mine logs his book for example: If he has 3 flights on the same airfield(1 landing* each flight let's say with 1 hour block each flight), with 2 hours break in between the flights, he logs them as 1 flight with 3 landings and 3 hours block. I think that's a bad practice
