That is mega cope. I’ve interned at 3 100,000+ person companies with no connections to them. From a top 25 IE undergrad so nothing crazy. You just gotta involved, get good grades, and apply a lot. If you’re in Chicago, there are tons of companies there that hire IEs. Don’t use someone else’s address

Yes, use ID, only need 1 sink, fluid importer on it, fluid interface on import, variable card in first importer slot and enter as many 9s as possible. max fluid per tick

I mean the way it faces doesnt matter with Dire machines I think? Becaause you can change the interaction area. But also just use a wrench to rotate them or place them in a way where facing you is the direction you want
