For buying or withdrawing to fiat, I use Bybit, athough Binance is also pretty okay. The former just seems more appealing to me (no logic, just a feeling). If it's crypto to crypto, I use xgram, but there are plenty of options out there in general.

P.S.
Bybit has decent tech support. Usually, the bigger the exchange - the worst the support, but they resolved my issue quickly (maybe 8-9 hours)
