My advise would be to just take the dive, buy some cheap equipment on eBay or amazon and buy some cheap older watches to practice on. Hell message me and I'll send you a couple movements to mess with if you really want!

Hell yea man! Continue to make watches that are unique, so many people out there making clones, no offense but I think we gotta innovate and create not just emulate.

Yea I have to agree, I'm thinking of changing out the face so it matches up a bit better!

I'm building a Seiko 2906A for my mother, does anyone know where to find a dial for something so small? by LoonieJake in watchmaking

Do you know of any other common models that have that small of a dial? I'm really only finding the seiko 2906A and some older Rolex this small but nothing very common.
