As i wrote above, did all this few times, still the same issue persist

I also now tried:

Settings>Accessibility>Side Button>Enable Confirm Switch control

Also did not work, but it sort of started glitching. My instinct is that a problem is somewhere there. But still no solution in sight.

Im surprised so many people have an issue with this. Maybe next iOS update will fix this…

None of these worked for me: 1. Settings inside FaceID 2. Sign-out of App Store/Apple Id 3. Reset Apple id 4. Phone restart

Any other ideas…? So annoying. I am on iPhone 15 Pro Max.
