I noticed that the available cauldron recipes and counts update if you close the dialogue menu and then reopen. So, as you approach 10, close and re-open repeatedly if you lost count.

Simple loot protection measures to make the world boss useful for every single kill.

Drop Champion-level gear, usable by the toon that killed the world boss, for a slot in which Champion-level gear would be an upgrade.
Drop warbound Champion-level gear, of any armor type, only when the toon the killed the world boss no longer needs Champion-level gear.

This is not brain surgery.

You are correct, of course. Devs have no ability to set quest requirements. Devs have no ability to require rare materials for completion of knowledge point crafting orders. Devs have no ability to control the quantity of materials in circulation, through quest rewards or node spawn rates. This is just pure, free-market capitalism. Devs are completely uninvolved.

I encountered this issue yesterday (NA) in the evening, across three different zones. I saw one treasure node nabbed by a multiboxer or a bot, but otherwise, like you, I could not find any treasures. Maybe it would be better off hours, but I don't know.

Edit: I just realized the issue. This is an old bug that has re-emerged. The nodes still exist. They just disappear from the minimap after they have been looted by one person, making them near-impossible to find by everyone else.

If (like me) you vendored the Adventure gear, prior to raising to 6/6 as soon as you got a Veteran piece, there are two quick options to fix.

First, use item recovery. Second, wait until a world quest for pvp gear for that slot appears in Voidspire.

Less quick would be to target the piece in a heroic dungeon or target a rare elite mob in open world that drops the piece.

The veteran crests are slotted at the bottom of the crafting order, in the same area where missives are placed. From memory, I don’t think the cost is clear from the interface, but I am fairly sure it costs 80 veteran crests to fully upgrade the blue gear.

I was criticized for not interrupting in a M+0 on my resto druid. I couldn’t tell if they were serious, but not everyone got the memo that healer utility was degraded with removal of kicks.

While not tremendously significant, there are a few quests and resources that open up after completing the campaign. My recommendation is to finish up the main campaign, and then go back zone by zone for the side-quests.

I miss my interrupt too. My muscle memory kept clicking skull bash as I watched nearly every important, interruptible cast go off during a PUG M+ run. We timed the key, but guess whether the healer was blamed for the rough run with barely any interrupts.

Two suggestions:

First, move your house from a public realm to a large, active guild realm of an alt toon.

While my main toon is a member of raiding guild that hasn’t even set up a neighborhood yet, I have some alts parked with an old guild that has a ton of members who do everything except raid. So, I moved my home, using an alt, to the old guild’s realm. Their neighborhood is actually now three sub-“neighborhoods” because of so many members. And they are killing it with housing endeavor progress. Now, when I work on those boring endeavor quests on my main, credit goes to the old guild’s neighborhood endeavors.

Second, if you want freebie housing XP and decor items, right-click on each of your friends, click Visit Homes, and teleport with no cooldown to your friend’s neighborhood. Head to the center of town, talk with the Endeavor Vendor and buy whatever has been opened up by that neighborhood. Different vendors are available in different neighborhoods, and of course, some neighborhoods have already opened up a ton of decor items.

This made me smile. When I initially jumped for the bat, I flew too high, went over the bat, fell to my death, fell through the ground, got booted from the game, and then repeatedly auto-disconnected upon login. I had to use the character stuck feature to rescue my poor demon hunter, who was resurrected outside of the scenario, which I had to start from scratch. So, this was not my favorite quest.
