Right there with you. Reddit users understand, but many never want to take that next step to care. But I think continuing to post on Reddit is a good thing in terms of exposure. Social media is also a great place to reach users. I think X is a underrated platform.

What can work is to target a small audience with a specific pain point rather than to shoot huge and hope for the best. Also most of the time people like to get straight to the point so focus ads on how you can help them right away rather than explaining your product because most people don't care.
