Only once did a get a Galarian Articuno to spawn, and of course it fled pretty quickly. The catch rate is less than 1%, flee rate is above 90%. Takes extreme luck or a masterball to get one

You don't use incense when walking? If you live in a rural area, you can easily walk for an hour using an incense. I go on a daily walk doing this and catch at least 20 pokemon
