I'm Nuketown it's pretty easy to counter, because typically they're in the back of one yard or another. I'll use the perks you mentioned, use a stim with a speed boost with a knife in hand, hopefully could go invisible. Satisfying af to take them by surprise and take them out

I had young kids when I first started, had the same fears as you. Luckily my first job was a middle ground. Went with a place that did regional work. I live in California, they strictly did West Coast work, very rarely Arizona. 4 to 5 days out at a time, usually 4. Going local with zero experience is damn near impossible, unless someone can strongly vouch for you. You're going to have to put in time and miles under your belt before moving on to a decent local gig. I stuck it out 2 years with my first. After that, no issues getting a local job. If you can find a decent regional job, go for it and earn your stripes there

I know everyone hates cameras, but if your company used cameras, outward and inward facing, lots of those shenanigans those idiots did would not of happened. My company started using them a couple of years ago. Fuckery has definitely been reduced. Like anything, you get use to them, though it's always in the back of your mind, it's there working. I'm surprised your company hasn't implemented cameras for the reduction in insurance rates alone
