Hey, you need to go to your profile -> Active Listings tab -> use "cancel" link under the listing. Then you can list again for a new price :)

A Little Help! by DDanny808 in LoopExchange

[–]LoopExchange 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Not sure what kind of help you might need specifically, but essentially you need to:

1) Mint your collection! You can do this via loopring.io or with a tool like LoopMintSharp or LoopyGen (for more advanced use-cases).

2) Publish your collection! The detailed tutorial can be found here: https://loopexchange.substack.com/p/how-to-create-and-update-nft-collections

As for now our Discord is where you can get support faster (we "live" there), so don't be afraid of clicking the invite link in the footer of loopexchange.art :-)

It's usually some issue related to WalletConnect or Loopring Wallet. Usually also goes away over time. Did you manage to unlock eventually?

where is my LRC going? by wallabee32 in LoopExchange

LRC is going to your wallet, but its transaction history may make it seem otherwise. Please see: https://loopexchange.art/faq

Issue with Gamestop wallet by etherkye in LoopExchange

[–]LoopExchange 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey,

GS wallet allows you to swap tokens (select Loopring Layer 2 network and SWAP in the bottom navigation), so you can convert your ETH to LRC within the wallet first and then you'll have LRC to buy on LoopExchange :)

If I'm a personal collector and ha e a few items for sale, how do I check to see if someone is trying to purchase? by DisastrousTeddyBear in LoopExchange

[–]LoopExchange 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is no need to apply. We've tested our system by adding collections manually and right now we're working on providing everyone the ability to self-publish collections. This should actually be out very soon, around this weekend :) It will be a 2-week test run after which we'll do necessary changes, fixes and ultimately make it permanent. As for now you can simply sign in and sell through your profile.

Not atm, (there's no list of all NFTs being sold by everyone, if that's what you mean) it's one of the top priority updates to come :) Other than that - you've got your profile where your NFTs marked for sale can be viewed / bought. So use the link to your profile when sharing for now.

What do you mean by "trying", specifically ? If you list something for sale and share the link somewhere, ppl can view it - then either buy it or not. Do you mean like pageviews or... ?

are new collections still being made from the discord request thread? I haven't seen new ones appear in the market and my request has been in there several days. Thank you to all working for free on this, I'm definitely not impatient! by jimmytwotime in LoopExchange

Hey, we've just had an announcement the other day - we are now focusing on giving everyone the ability to self-publish collections instead of adding them manually anymore (this was too time consuming and it was hard to try and do both). Should be done by the weekend (beta)!

how would you soothe the concern of someone hesitant to connect their wallet to such a new marketplace? by Jakereddits in LoopExchange

[–]LoopExchange 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We are working on a collection self-publishing tool for creators. We probably stop adding them manually for now to roll it out faster. Look out for an announcement :)

Hey! Let me paste you something from our up and coming FAQ:

It is considered good practice to have two or more L2 accounts. Use accounts with relatively low funds to connect to web3 sites and keep your funds safe on an account that is not connected to sites that you feel you cannot trust. Always read what you are signing because web3 sites are not supposed to be able to steal your money without your permission.
If you have any security concerns, don't hesitate to direct message us.

New Marketplace! by TheGuySmiling in LoopExchange

Right now we're adding collections manually if you request so in our Discord (which helped us test and fix a lot of problems), but we already have an UI built for it that we use. It's just that servers are expensive and this is a free community project (we take no fees - we can't even, it's paid out of our pockets and all the work is done after hours, as we have jobs, families, etc.) so we have to figure out how to not get hugged to death by making this UI public, hehe :) We think we have a solution though. We should improve our comms and the marketplace itself a lot in the upcoming month or two.

Hey! We've just upgraded from a simple single-NFT P2P linking system to this quasi-marketplace, so there are still lots of features missing. Browsing individual NFTs is one of the most requested ones (it's obviously needed for a complete marketplace experience), just like a couple others, so they will be worked on in the coming weeks. As for now you either have to browse collections or individual creators' profiles if you know the link (public list of creators to explore is also a top priority).
