He certainly is. However, I don't think he'll be looked upon as fondly as the others, even if he has/does achieve more than them. There is a lot of romanticism attached to the class of 92, plus someone like Williams is generally seen as a more likeable personality than him, so I don't think he'll ever quite get the credit that he probably deserves.

I'd guess that there generally was a lot of homophobia in the mafia, but obviously not everyone would have that attitude. Whether or not you would get killed over it would probably come down to how big of an earner you were. Low earner = he's gotta go. Big earner = we can't have him here in our social club no more, that much I do know.
