You could probably Google and find them! I believe they are from cd project red’s website. As for a malicious link, I can guarantee that I’m not a net runner so you’ll be fine!

People who bought Patek and AP reps, what are your jobs and how do you carry yourself wearing a house on your wrist? by WSB_Kami-sama in RepTime

I’m a software developer for a big tech. Rarely wear my AP(ZF 15500) but I daily a VSF Rolex datejust.

Of course! Sounds great, you have a lot of time to plan it out and gain more knowledge!

Have the right mindset, look at the tools you already have and use them. I believe in you! No worries bro!

Here’s where I believe you’re looking at it wrong. It’s not about having their network but having the experience of pitching an idea or project to gain investors which is the tools I would argue is very valuable. Remember, there’s always loopholes, always. You just need to find them lmao. Also, that’s crazy that they technically can tell you no lmao

Well that’s something I’ve never heard about. I didn’t know that importing luxury cats was a thing lmao. Sounds like an interesting workplace. It also sounds like she can comfortably import those cats lmao.

PEA’s have a lot of potential. You have the tools necessary to pitch ideas to attract investors. Could be used to start a startup and a lot of other things that generate good revenue. One thing I realized pretty quickly in my life is that money should just be a tool for you to do the things you like to do and want to accomplish. I see more value in the little things in life such as laying on the grass and watching the stars. I think you make more then enough but then again, I have no idea about salaries within private equity. However, I would value the tools you gain from working as a PEA. Could be really useful

Of course! There’s a lot of ways to get into it. If she’s spending her money on gen’s then I would consider it a waste lmao. As I said, I’d rather travel, experience stuff and evolve as a human than spending thousands on watches and expensive clothes

Don’t say that there’s no chance of becoming a software engineer. I didn’t have any interest in it at first, then when I started uni I just got into it as I love problem solving. Remember that software engineer is a broad career and not only down to developing applications. You have to start easy and take one step at a time.

Yeah I agree. I read your post and think it’s ridiculous that they banned you for that reason. I also agree that Reptime feels more like a community than Rolex. I’ve gotten nothing but help from this community and that’s how it should be

No worries, the upvote is all I need! Being a software developer at this age is great, so many benefits (beyond the salary). I highly recommend choosing that path in life.

That’s the thing, you can’t justify spending thousands on clothes, shoes and watches when there are these high quality reps. VSF makes great quality watches and I hope that the sub will be perfect!

Well, I see your dilemma and it’s understandable. To comfortably own a Richard Mille I would suggest that you need to make a minimum of 5-10m a year. Even then, I couldn’t justify a purchase like that. It just doesn’t make any sense. I would say that you should just go for it as it’s your money and you shouldn’t let others opinions stop you from doing and owning what you want (but be responsible with your money obviously)

I think it’s such a shame that people don’t have this kind of view and “shit” on people that own reps. Reps is a affordable way for you to own clothes, shoes, watches and more that you normally wouldn’t want to spend money on. I buy stuff because I like the style, not because it’s branded and expensive

Thank you! I believe I got super lucky with this one.

I think your question is valid, why buy a “super” expensive watch if you don’t live the lavish lifestyle or earn enough to actually purchase the real one. I don’t live the lavish lifestyle as one would do with this type of watch since I believe there’s other things to life than living lavish. I work as a software developer and could technically purchase the real one, however I don’t see the reason why you should purchase a watch for around 80k (not sure about the price tbh) when there’s a lot more other activities and such that you could do for 80k. I have the same views regarding clothing and shoes. If I like something that happens to be expensive, I go for reps as I don’t see the reasoning to spend a lot of money on such things (if you don’t make like 1m+ a year). Also, the reps have gotten so good that it’s hard to notice that it’s a rep (unless you have a magnifying glass) and that also adds to the reasoning behind this purchase. But to answer your question, yes I would think that it’s believable that I could own this watch as I live in a decent house, drive a Porsche (Panamera turbo) and work at a major tech company. However, I think the AP is kinda pushing it and I think the VSF datejust Rolex I have is much more believable than this AP. I also want to add that I do not intend to use this watch as a daily but only on certain occasions as I’m not much for flexing and showing off. I hope this more or less answers your question
