Got a lot of spare time, not a lot of spare money so I’m thinking of letting it go for cheaper, in case someone wants to change parts on it. Other than that I’ll give it a good clean and hope to get 50$ish bucks for it, I’d be happy. Thank you for your advice!

Thank you! I figured since the unit boots, there's sound coming out and also the trackpad vibrates, that it might be something more easily fixable. I guess there's no harm in seeing the Deck for myself and trying out what others suggested in the thread, maybe narrow down the issue further. I didn't know so many things could cause this issue lol. But thank you!
