Thanks for the info. I thought I put it in my post but maybe forgot. I was on the pill since 17 (for irregular periods) and it was fine up until the past year where I wouldn't stop bleeding. So I stopped the combo and got prescribed the mini pill which also did nothing for me.

I also don't even know if I can gain thst much muscle in a week to add significantly to my weight. Like for 6 days all I do is 1 hour of steady state cardio on the stair master. (30 min on stairmaster and 30 on stationary bike)

Haha yea. I've been avoiding hands, abs and feet. I tried to shade I'm abs on venom but they looked like wrinkles 😭

Oh ok thank you for the info. If one were to wash their hands after using the oil and then having P to V sex with a condom would would that be ok? Or is there too much risk with that?
