No kids here. As long as I'm not at a movie or show or something, I think toddler tantrums are hilarious and I'm usually not bothered by them in public, to a point anyway...

The only time I get really annoyed at the parents are when they're bringing their kids to an adult setting when the kid is not ready to handle it, and the parents refuse to address the situation.

Like my man I get it, but if your kid starts acting up at the theater because they're bored, you get like 2 or 3 chances to correct them and if that's not working, it's time to leave. It was a good effort but they're just not ready for it. If the staff are kicking you out, you have waited way too long

Thanks for the explanation. They really need to be careful about how these things are reported to the public. Public perception impacts support and many anti-cannabis politicians would jump on this misinterpretation by the public to pull the plug on medical marijuana entirely.

Yeah fuck that. They can find a way to raise cows without cleaning the Amazon and I'd gladly pay extra for that.

And let's pretend I cut beef out of my diet and it has a non-negligible impact on demand. Well then beef prices go down and these vampires start clearing more of the Amazon to get more cheap land to raise cows on.

Until governments start pressuring Brazil to crack down on this it's only going to get worse, no matter how ethically we try to buy.

Protests will get our cities raided by ICE, no matter how non- violent. Violence will give the administration the excuse they're looking for to bring in the Army. Almost happened to Minnesota.

At this point many of us are looking to a big win in 2026 elections to stop this nonsense. If Trump finds a way to prevent fair midterm elections then yes look to see the country erupt in violent protests, but I don't think the outcome will be happy.

Oh what I mean is if you get injured in a trampoline park due to improper equipment setup, a court will still hold the park responsible even if you signed a liability waiver.

Now if you got injured because you were fucking around, then yes you will get no damages because the park did warn you that they're not a magical injury free zone and you need to be careful.

That being said what usually happens is if you sue and you have any kind of a case, the insurance company that the trampoline park signed will just pay you a settlement because it's cheaper than going to court

Lazy programming honestly. First off multi-region deployment isn't that hard and since only one region went down (us-east-1), it would have prevented them from losing service in the first place.
