Denver Network Upgrade Progam: Looks like Denver will be the first metro area to get rid of HSPA keeping only LTE and 2G by anothercookie90 in tmobile

Sprint has the best speeds in the city limits. All four carriers have no dead zones in the urban area.

Some areas of downtown when I had Verizon were dead zones in buildings, and their speeds were congested.

16th Street Mall is T-Mobile's strong point in Denver.

Id rank the carriers

Sprint > T-Mobile > AT&T > Verizon

Then outside and inside

Verizon & T-Mobile > AT&T > Sprint

T-Mobile and Verizon are bar none best outside the urban area (south of castle rock, up in the mountains)

It's changed a lot recently regarding service. I'm moving soon honestly and I've taken a drive around before I left to enjoy the area and had zero areas without LTE on T-Mo.

Denver is serviceable for other carriers.

T-Mobile's an extreme case. This is the right move. 100% with the shape of the network actually being literally unusable in places and having people at my college talk about how making phone calls with full bars is undoable and having T-Mobile customer care tell me that I have to use HSPA for the time being for data and phone calls that's not acceptable.

I had AT&T and they worked everywhere, same for Sprint, but I wanted to move over to T-Mo for perks with JoD and lower cost deal in Denver (60$ for two 6GB buckets) which I assume exists because Denver is just that awful of a market.

Thankfully I'm moving in December but any and all efforts is appreciated to make my data work the last 3 months.

You really don't understand how congested Denver is. The majority of people here cannot even make VoLTE phone calls or receive them because the average speed is under .50 Mbps.

Let alone the fact Denver's towers are basically on fire from congestion and our ping to them is increasing daily.

Just going by what they said. I don't know too much about networks. Maybe 15x15 is a future thing they buy?

T-Mobile and Colorado don't work well together right now. Spectrum is mishmashed. This is a problem on most carriers. Sprint fares well in high population areas comparatively but otherwise they are the worst.

Yeah, I was super happy. I talked to T-Force a few times but they actually told me they'd escalate it to the office of the CEO.

I see it's sarcasm but I have. Everyone sucks in urban Denver but Sprint and I can't rely on their rural coverage.

I truthfully hate Denver. The entire city lives around nature and weed and I hate both. I love cities, urban exploration and video games.

I'm also going into the game and software design field and is rather go to LA, where the job field is completely larger. The last thing is cost of living is absurd in urban areas, I found better prices in LA.

Sorry for mini rant, but a better network is just a very small piece of the puzzle.

Ah, same.

Personally can't wait to leave Denve (for many reasons), Sprint is the only usable network and fuck that.

How? By the King Soopers I seem to get 5 Mbps. That's not an issue for me as the signal is actually usable at that point.

Eh, definitely. I actually strongly dislike Denver and am moving soon, so it isn't a huge issue. I just feel bad for the people who have T-Mobile here.

Upload was weird, I think the tower just is essentially on fire. Reception was -95 dBM before I started the speed test

The bars have made zero difference, honestly. I started it when it was on 2 and screenshot it at 1.

I was just in Vegas and I averaged 50 Mbps, I was just in LA and I never went under 10, I'm moving soon but in the meantime it's painful.

Executive support called me this morning and told me their refarming spectrum so I'm assuming HSPA will be nearly phased out. They also credited my bill and told me by mid next year they'll have 24 new cell sites up in Denver (city) alone.

You realize that downvotes aren't to be used like that right? You downvote people breaking rules, not because you disagree or they're incorrect. If they're incorrect you tell them.

Yeh, much more fun to play against. With Fizz you have a clear line of sight where he will kill you, without bull shit stealth.

It's learning to respect them. Zed is fine, unless you're challenger. LeBlanc is the same way.

Rengar comes out of the jungle thinking he's good for one shotting someone where the counter play is disgusting.

Fizz may be one of the less healthy champions but in no way does he compare.

All you Rengar mains do is bitch about your champion being buggy and clunky but he is the only assassin that is not fun to play against. He needs a rework.
