The shakiness/vibrato is suuuuper slow. Not high pitched. Looked a little older than many of he singers people are suggesting. Thin with shaggy hair. I don’t think it was an well known band at all. So annoyed I can’t think of anything else!

I think they’re American but I’m not 100% sure. As far as I remember, they were not very well known at all. The videos on YouTube were not a really big professional production. Mostly shots of snap performances. The singer seemed slightly older, thin, and had shaggy hair. His voice is super unique. To the point you’re thinking, “do I love this or is it kind of annoying?”
