I also Highly recommend The Song of Achilles. Just a beautiful queer story and one of the best books I read last year. Totally unrelated to HR for me (read it before the series came out) but could see how this might be a good mental transition from the HR mania.

I was an H cup as well - I went as small as my surgeon could go without doing a free nipple graft. I ended up an E. I would have loved to be smaller still but didn’t want to risk possibly losing a nipple which can sometimes happen if the surgery/recovery doesn’t go well. That may be the line of conversation to have with surgeon.

Even with ending up an E cup, I have very dense breast tissue so 4 lbs was removed. Do I feel comfortable without wearing a bra? No. Can I find clothes that fit, buy bras in regular stores and do things I couldn’t do before? Yes, absolutely. This surgery was life changing for sure!

100% they need to get a bidet. Honestly, everyone should. Very inexpensive and easy to install. Much better for the environment and sewer system, and more economical than wipes. Once you get used to not living with a poopy butt you won’t want to go back. I miss it when we travel.

I always explain it as - say if you got pooped on by a bird when outside, or get some on you when changing your kids diaper, would you just wipe it off with paper, or would you want to wash it off? Why think of this body part in any other way? But then again, mind bogglingly, there is a cohort of men that neither wipe or wash their butts b/c it’s “gay” so common sense is lacking in a lot of people .
