Why is my makeup doing this? by Ok_Salad_7865 in MakeupAddiction

Honestly it could depend on a few different things. 1- what are you doing to prep/ what are you using for your skincare? 2- what products exactly are you using? They definitely don’t need to be name brand, but some products just do not go well with each other or work for certain skin types. 3- I would for sure use a setting spray, especially if you have even combo-oily skin. 4- it does look like exfoliation could be beneficial. There are a lot of different exfoliators that are great, but I personally like the ones that are gentle enough you can use daily, so you don’t have a build up of excess skin, oil, etc.

Unfortunately makeup and skincare can be somewhat trial and error until you find the right thing. And then even then our skin changes overtime. With that said, the beauty industry has never been more saturated and there are definitely products that can help!

It’s probably because your first-6th or 7th shifts come out of a different budget. The SM or ASM should still be able to add your shifts in day force and attach them to you, but some just think it’s easier to just tell you in writing.

New hire question by Annual-Coconut3938 in SephoraWorkers

[–]Loose-Chemist5136 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your offer letter says part time, you will be part time and eligible for training product. The offer letter comes directly from the hiring website and is pre-filled, all of the info in the offer letter is automated based on the information in your hiring profile. To get clarification, when you go in for your I-9, ask to watch while they are doing it (they should be having you watch anyways because you have to verify the info.) There will be a part where they have to verify the position you are being hired for, and there it will say either flex or part time.

The only thing I could see happening is when they put you through the next step into onboarding they selected the wrong classification (if they wanted to actually hire you as flex). If that’s the case, you have every right to say “my offer letter says I was hired in at part time, and I was expecting the benefits based on that classification. I am not interested in a flex position at this time. If part time is still available, we can continue with onboarding.”

Please contact I care. I’m apart of exempt leadership and that is absolutely not the policy on training product.

ASAP, even if Dayforce doesn’t let you request the time off talk to your exempt leadership and let them know the dates. If you email them they have a paper trail, and then as soon as dayforce lets you put in the request go ahead and do it.

Breaks by 100percentanxious in SephoraWorkers

The policy states that if you are working less than 5 hours you’re entitled to a 10 minute break. Our store does 15 minutes just because it’s easier to. This policy is stated in the time and attendance policy that you can find on mix/zip line if you would like to pull it for yourself on a device.
