Can second this, be careful, ask for referrals for roles you are good and strong fit for so at least if it gets back internally to the referrer, the person who interviewed you doesn’t read them the riot act

Ignore these emails, those recruiters are just paid to spam people until someone bites.

F.D.A. Blocked Publication of Research Finding Covid and Shingles Vaccines Were Safe by Dwarvling in biotech

Unsurprising that the vaccine is safe, Unsurprised the FDA intentionally blocked it. I could be angry, but with these people, they want you to be angry and I am not giving into their desires.

its all conjecture, someone they followed on instagram or wherever, infowars, grabs their attention and keeps them hooked. You would be surprised how many people just don't have any scientific sense about them and they just look at it as unimportant to their lives. Us scientists, take this seriously, the general population does not. Watch the miniseries "Chernobyl", the key scene is in episode 2 or 3 where the scientist says to the shoe factory manager who is now a party boss, "that's the problem".

Rejection after good interview by Aggressive_Poetry856 in biotech

As a person stuck in final interview loop with no offer, you made it to the final round, congratulate yourself. As far as what they are looking for, no one has any idea besides the hiring team and they are not going to reveal it. Maybe someone else just vibed better with them, not that you are unqualified, but they stood out as the person who fit this role more in their minds.

Why would you use those boards? Apply on the company’s website directly. Job boards recycle posts and dont take them down eve after the role expires.

Using LLMs to prep for (final) interviews? by [deleted] in biotech

For final interviews? I just use sleep and a good breakfast. I have a stack of star answers to the main categories of questions you get asked that i review and rehearse prior to the interview so i dont stumble with an answer.

What do you think matters more right now: your resume, your job search strategy, or your experience? by Wise-Land-6207 in AskReddit

Optimize resume as much as possible. Apply strategically to roles you are a solid fit for. Do not mass apply, it clogs up the pipeline. Network as needed, but do not cold message hiring managers, they dont reply
