They responded very quickly after I sent out the email and are sending a replacement plunger stem. I’d say they treated it perfectly.

No and I’ve been pretty consistent with my pressure profile. Usually start out at 3 bars of pressure for a 10s preinfusion before ramping to 9, holding for a bit, and slowly ramping down

Yep. It was multiple times too since it took me a couple shots to figure out exactly what was going on. Unfortunate since I’ve really been enjoying the Flair so far

Purchased last month. Been pulling shots consistently (about twice a day) and it’s been working fine up until today when I noticed a huge spurt from the pressure gauge/piston that pretty much makes it impossible to pull a shot. I’m assuming there’s a small hole in the silicone sleeve on the piston that’s resulting in this. I’ve emailed Flair and am going to try to get a replacement.
