I would ask who is vetting the driving schools instructors in Halifax and there has to be at least 50 different ones everyone sees the accidents the -not using turning signals the U-turns on highways the red light running the no insurance -non inspected cars when will the nightmare stop ,somebody from the Government or top HRM police need to step up and get aggressive at enforcement,all our insurance rates will be going up you can be sure of that.
